I’m flat out exhausted right now, thanks to the combined exertions of skiing thigh-deep, fluffy powder at Sierra-at-Tahoe most of the day, and digging out the driveway twice. But it was well worth it. Sierra is awesome on a storm day, as its lifts aren’t impacted by wind as much as other resorts. And since most folks buy Heavenly or Kirkwood season passes, the hard-core aggro vibe is practically non-existent.
With the continued snowfall all day today, which is currently falling hard and fast, it’s looking like tomorrow will be another epic powder day.
